Steak number Eight is an alternative rock band from Kortrijk, Belgium. Formed in 2005, the band has released several full-length albums and EPs. The band plays a amalgamation of post-rock, post-hardcore, sludge, and alt-rock styles, in order to create a wall of sound capable of emotional expression. They are currently signed to the label V2 Records.
